When we sold our home in Fearington Village one year ago, Mary and her partner Keith were of immense help to us. This was the best experience we have ever had with selling a home. Mary gave valuable advice on what we had to do and just as importantly, things that we really didn’t need to do. Unlike some earlier realtors who seemed to vanish as a soon as the sales agreement was signed, they were fully engaged from beginning to end. They even helped with a few things that we would have normally have needed to hire a handyman to do. Mary advised us about the asking price and didn’t lowball the price for a quick sale like some other realtors did. We took her advice and our home sold quite quickly for the asking price. During the buyer inspection process she also helped eliminate a couple of unnecessary repair-claims. They also were really helpful during the closing process.
