We had been casually looking for a house in NC for almost a year hoping to return to our home state. We decided to seriously look in Chapel Hill/Durham and we came to stay for four weeks in the area. Mary showed us many wonderful homes which fit our desires and budget although it was a very tough market with high earnest money amounts and bidding wars. On our last day in NC, we found a house “for sale by owner” and called Mary to ask her to make inquires to the owner. She got us into see the house that day. Mary helped us make an appropriate offer and handled all the negotiations with the seller. She helped us every step of the way, she is a caring, thoughtful and highly professional realtor. We love our home and we are so grateful to have had her help.
